G2R ATS Use Precautions:

1.220V ATS must not be used with voltage lower than 185V, otherwise the coil may burn out.

2.110V ATS must not be used with voltage lower than 90V, otherwise the coil may burn out.

3.The switch cannot be switched manually when it is in automatic mode, otherwise the coil may burn out.

3.4P ATS ensure correct connection of phase sequence, otherwise the contacts may burn out.

GEYA G2R-63 automatic transfer switch is a PC class frequent changeover switch, with two-station design (common used for A and standby for B), suitable for AC system with AC 50-60Hz and rated current 6A-63A. The main function of the automatic transfer switch is when the main power (common power supply A) fails, the ATS will automatically switch to the backup power (backup power supply B) to keep working (switching speed <50 milliseconds), which can effectively solve the problems caused by power failure.

 

When both A and B have electricity, the use of A Power is priority

 

NOTE:

1. Manual/automatic operation can guarantee the opening and closing performance of electric control, but in manual operation, there is no guarantee due to the different opening/closing speeds of the operators. In manual operation, there is a possibility of excessive loss of the silver alloy. Therefore, the selector switch should be pulled to the manual position only after all power is turned off for inspection and maintenance of the control system and contact information.

 

2. Normally pull the selector switch to the electric position. When manual operation is required, pull the selector switch to the manual position. After manual operation is completed, pull the selector switch from the manual position to the automatic position.

The TSE control circuit is immediately activated. After the switching is completed, the internal switch will damage the coil in the control circuit, and the coil can work normally at 85 درصد -110 درصد of the rated operating voltage. Too low input voltage may cause the coil to overheat and burn out.
